Just a few things you should know if you are thinking about joining. We've tried to anticipate your questions and concerns here by explaining clearly how membership works. If you have a question that isn't answered here, then please contact us directly. Our information is on the contact page.
1) Dress for Success Policy is always in effect as it represents our philosophy to taking time to invest in yourself - inside and out. What does it mean? No sweat pants or sweat shirts please :) We encourage you to treat yourself as though you were heading out for a special event - a date with YOU!
2) You are under no obligation to attend all events. In fact, we will offer a range of times and days to accomodate the mixed needs of the group, based on group feedback.
3) Membership Fee is an annual, non-refundable fee that offers you discounts for events, trips, workshops and member to member marketing initiatives. It is $100 plus GST making it a total of $105. Payment can be made through Paypal and is processed through Blaze In Style. Non-members are welcome to attend some events and purchase advertising opportunities at higher rates than members.
4) Blaze In Style and WELsprings, as the hosts of Inside Out Events, reserve the right to terminate membership for non-payment of the annual membership fee.
5) ALL events are pre-registered and must be pre-paid. Refunds will be given for cancellations with 72 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice can not be refunded due to catering, transportation or other fixed costs associated with the event. Refunds will be paid by cheque only. Please note there are exceptions to this which will clearly indicated. For example, tickets for events such as theatre or special classes cannot be refunded - however, we will do our best to help you find another member who may be interested in purchasing your ticket.
6) If at any time, you are unsatisfied with your experience and wish to terminate your membership, it will be refunded in full to you.
7) Members joining on or before May 4, 2008 will have the term of the annual membership run from May 4 2008 to May 3, 2009
8) Member benefits are non-transferable.
